Terms & Conditions

1. DoctorOnGo is an online appointment booking platform only and does not provide medical treatment or diagnosis.

2. A ₹29 Booking Confirmation Fee may be charged to confirm appointments. This fee is for platform services only and is not doctor consultation charges.

3. Doctor consultation fee must be paid separately at clinic/hospital unless otherwise mentioned.

4. Users can select available date only. Appointment time, token number, or visit slot may be automatically assigned by the system.

5. Final consultation timing may vary depending on clinic queue, emergencies, or doctor availability.

6. After successful payment, appointment details will be shown on confirmation page. Users are advised to save screenshot/details.

7. Booking Confirmation Fee may be non-refundable after appointment confirmation, except valid technical failure or duplicate payment cases.

8. Users must provide correct information and reach clinic on time.

9. DoctorOnGo is not responsible for treatment results, prescriptions, doctor behavior, delays, or medical outcomes.

10. Ratings and reviews must be genuine. False, abusive, or misleading reviews may be removed.

11. Platform fees, services, listings, and policies may change anytime without prior notice.
