Refund Policy

1. A ₹29 Booking Confirmation Fee is charged for appointment booking and platform services.

2. Once an appointment is successfully confirmed, the Booking Confirmation Fee is generally non-refundable.

3. Refund may be considered only in the following cases:

* Duplicate payment

* Failed booking with successful payment deduction

* Technical error from platform side

* Appointment unavailable after confirmed payment

4. Refund requests must be raised within a reasonable time with payment proof and booking details.

5. Approved refunds, if any, may take 5 to 7 working days to reflect in the original payment method, depending on bank/payment gateway.

6. Doctor consultation fee paid directly at clinic is not covered under this Refund Policy.

7. Refund decisions are subject to verification and final approval by DoctorOnGo.

8. Misuse, false claims, or repeated abuse of refund requests may lead to account restrictions.

9. DoctorOnGo reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy anytime without prior notice.
