Cancellation Policy

1. Users may request cancellation of an appointment before the scheduled visit time, subject to doctor/clinic availability and platform rules.

2. Once an appointment is confirmed, the ₹29 Booking Confirmation Fee is generally non-refundable.

3. If a user fails to visit the clinic on scheduled date/time, it may be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be applicable.

4. If doctor/clinic cancels or becomes unavailable, users may be offered rescheduling or refund review of the Booking Confirmation Fee.

5. Appointment rescheduling, if allowed, depends on doctor availability and slot capacity.

6. Repeated fake bookings, misuse, or frequent last-minute cancellations may lead to account restrictions.

7. Doctor consultation fee paid directly at clinic is outside the scope of this Cancellation Policy.

8. DoctorOnGo reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy anytime without prior notice.
