Terms of Service for Doctors

1. DoctorOnGo is an online appointment booking platform that connects patients with listed doctors/clinics.

2. By joining or using DoctorOnGo, the doctor/clinic agrees to these Terms of Service.

3. DoctorOnGo charges 0% commission from doctors under the current policy, unless separately updated in writing in future.

4. Patients may pay a Booking Confirmation Fee to DoctorOnGo for platform services. This fee is separate from doctor consultation charges.

5. Doctors may collect their consultation fee directly from patients at clinic/hospital as per their own pricing policy.

6. Doctors are responsible for maintaining accurate profile details, qualification information, timings, clinic address, and availability.

7. Doctors must provide professional conduct, lawful medical practice, and valid licenses/registrations as required by applicable laws.

8. Appointment time, queue flow, token management, and actual consultation timing remain subject to clinic operations.

9. DoctorOnGo does not guarantee any minimum number of bookings, patients, revenue, or business growth.

10. Patients may submit ratings and reviews based on their experience. DoctorOnGo may moderate or remove inappropriate content.

11. Doctors must honor confirmed appointments where reasonably possible and inform promptly of closures, schedule changes, or unavailability.

12. DoctorOnGo is not responsible for treatment outcomes, prescriptions, clinical decisions, or disputes arising from medical care.

13. Doctors must comply with all tax, billing, professional, and legal obligations related to consultation fees collected by them.

14. Misuse, fake bookings, misleading information, abusive behavior, or policy violations may lead to suspension or removal from the platform.

15. DoctorOnGo may update platform features, fees, policies, listings, or these Terms at any time.

16. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
